30F (5’3” 133 lb) 3 months post op Breast Implant Exchange - This patient had previously undergone a breast augmentation with saline implants, with 450 cc placed in the left breast and 470 cc placed in the right breast. She desired a fuller, more enhanced appearance, so she underwent implant exchange with 650 cc silicone implants placed in a dual-plane position beneath the muscle for optimal results.

Procedure: Breast Augmentation
