33F (5’6” 133 lb) 6 months post op  Silicone Breast Augmentation - This patient originally wore a 34B and desired a fuller, more rejuvenated appearance after breastfeeding. She underwent a silicone breast augmentation with 425cc high-profile implants placed under the muscle, along with VASER liposuction to the front bra roll for enhanced contouring.
