5’3F (169 lb) 1 year post op Full Tummy Tuck - The patient was concerned about excess abdominal fat and skin laxity. To help her achieve a weight closer to her goal prior to surgery, we recommended starting a GLP-1 medication. After three months on tirzepatide, she was down nearly 20 pounds and ready to proceed with her procedure. She underwent a full tummy tuck combined with VASER liposuction.
