27F 6 months post-op Rhinoplasty - This patient wanted a slight dorsal hump reduction and a more defined tip. She also didn’t like that her nose downturned while smiling. She had an open rhinoplasty with improved tip definition and strength, and submental liposuction.

Procedure: Rhinoplasty
