47F (5’5” 170 lb) 4 months post-op Breast Reduction/Lift with Free Nipple Graft - This patient came to us experiencing significant neck and back pain that was impacting her daily life. She underwent a breast reduction/ lift with a free nipple graft and VASER liposuction to the axilla to achieve a more balanced, proportionate shape while relieving the physical strain caused by excess breast tissue.
