Procedure: Revision Breast Implant Surgery (Implant replacement, capsule repair, capsulotomy), Breast Lift Breast Implants Before: Saline Right Side: 525 cc Left Side: 525 cc Breast Implants After: Saline, high profile Right Side: 350 cc filled to 370 cc Left Side: 350 cc filled to 350 cc Bra Size Before: 34-36 DDD Bra Size After: 34 D Age: 46 Weight: 127 pounds Height: 5’4" Children: 3 After having breast augmentation with 525 cc implants years prior, this patient sought revision breast implant surgery and a breast lift with Dr. Patronella to attain the smaller, perkier breast appearance she desired. In addition, her breasts would fall to the side when she was lying down. Dr. Patronella removed her implants and repaired the breast pockets and inframammary folds (breast crease) to better fit her new, smaller implants and improve their position.
