Procedures: Breast Implant Removal, Breast Implant Exchange, Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift Breast Implants: Silicone Right Side: 365 cc, moderate profile Left Side: 365 cc, moderate  profile Bra Size Before: 36 C Bra Size After: 38 DD Age:46 Weight: 128 pounds Height: 5’3" Children: 2 This patient had capsular contracture of both breasts as well as sagging. Dr. Patronella removed the excess scar tissue, replaced her 397cc  implants with slightly smaller silicone implants, and reduced the size of the areola on her right breast to improve its symmetry with the left. In addition, he performed a breast lift to elevate the breasts to a more youthful position.
