Direct Neck Lift – This patient experienced a weight loss of over 40 pounds and was unhappy with the resulting loose skin of the neck. He underwent a direct neck lift with platysmaplasty, along with VASER liposuction, to achieve optimal contouring and rejuvenation of the neck.
